Join us for craft club at #BTHQ!
Bring along your projects and craft with friends. Share patterns, tips and advice but most of all have fun. Any table based craft activity goes. Hand sewing, cardmaking, knitting, crochet, beading whatever you make you can bring.
Our regular groups take place the last Friday morning of every month (9.30 – 12.30) Occasionally we may list an ad-hoc sessions.
Numbers are limited to 10 so you will need to book a space on each session, regrettably it is not just a drop in however you can always book the night before or even on the morning you want to come. This system just helps us be sure not to have too many people in the unit or cars in the car park at any one time. Unlimited tea and coffee is included in your ticket price and all profits from the event goes to our chosen charity MIND
If your struggling for ideas for things to work on why not try a charity knit or hook. We can suggest making a Twiddle Muff for an Alzheimers patient, tiny beanie hats for our local neonatal unit or perhaps hooking up some hats for the Innocent Smoothie campaign in aid of Age Concern. We would be happy to collect these items in and distribute them to the charities in question.
Please note that whilst other guests may be able to help you out with your projects there is no formal tuition available at these sessions.
If you are visiting after 7pm in the evening the main gates may be closed, please enter via the white gates (which may need opening) and drive around to the visitors car park.
(Dates are online a couple of months in advance and will be added a few months in advance and opened for bookings. We will be running every month until further notice).
