Claire Mackaness is a self taught craftsperson based in Brentwood, Essex. She specialises in making 'Beautiful Things' as gifts for you and your home.
Creating everything from cushions and quilts to handbags, hair accesories and natty little gadgets, Claire will try her hand at most crafts.
Having previously sold glass painting, handmade soaps and handcrafted cards as part of the growing craft fair circuit Claire has gained many years of experience in the 'handmade' industry and with the current fashion to 'Make do and Mend' Claire has combined her craft skills and her love of vintage and vintage inspired materials to create her growing textiles business.
As well as creating products for her customers to purchase from her online shop as well as in person at events, Claire loves to make bespoke items. If you have an idea for something that you think she could make, do contact her to see what she can do for you.
